I've been a real stress-pot lately when it comes to university and grades. I am so afraid of failure that it actually makes me feel ill. I'm really not sure why I am like this, because I have never failed anything thus far. I wrote my Psych term-test on Friday and I have been driving myself mad for the past few days. The test was crazy-difficult and I kept thinking I had failed (yes I am pessimistic sometimes, hahaha). Today the marks went up and I felt like such a retard because I stressed myself out for nothing!
The point I'm getting at is that... I know we all have troubles and worries we have to deal with. They are different for each and every individual. Some people have big stresses and others have small ones, but regardless of what they might be, we need to learn how to deal with them and to stay positive. Positivity truly is key.
